Bhaktapur 20 Dec.2011 -The honorary District Governer of 3292 Rtn. Basudev Golyan paid a cordial visit to Rotary Club of Bhaktapur on 10th December 2011 accompanied by District Secretary Shiva Bhakta Rajbhandari and Assistant Governer Rtn. Kirti Maskey. President of Rotary Club of Bhaktapur, Rtn. Krishneshwori Hada welcomed the guests from the district 3292 and all the members of the club. All the directors of the service projects of Rotary Club of Bhaktapur took the privilege of DG's visit. They presented their reports on respective avenues.
Secretary of the club Rtn. Bhup Raj Koirala on behalf of Club Service Director Rtn. Shree Shankar Pradhananga presented the report where as Vocational Director Rtn. Ganga Awal, International Service Director, Rtn. Yogendra Malla and New Generation Director Maiya( Matina) Twayanabasu presented the reports of the programs implemented till date under each avenue of the service projects.
Addressing the august gathering of rotarians at Hotel Sweet Home, District Governer Rtn. Golyan congratulated the club for the jobs done. He did not leave to suggest for the betterment of the club. Besides, ethics of being a rotarian was highly discussed in the program. All the members were highly motivated and did felt the need of their participation in different programs of the District and Rotary International to understand the cream of Rotary. "Zone 7 of District 3292 that includes the clubs- RC Bhaktapur, Madhyapur, Kavre and Dhulikhel is organizing RYLA very soon", president of the club Rtn. Krishneshwori Hada announced followed by the vote of thanks by Elect President Rtn. Rabindra Puri. District Governor was jointly felicitated by Rtn. Krishneshwori Hada and Rtn. Arun Chitrakar with a sapling to be grown for greenery and humanity which was handed back to the club as a token of love by the Governer.
